1. Master Subscription Agreement

By creating an account on Quorum ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a household or family co-owners, you represent that you have authority to act on their behalf.

2. Scope of Service & Non-Attorney Disclaimer

HOA Homeowner OS provides text search, section citation formatting, timeline tracking, and document compilation for community association governing documents.

Non-Attorney Software Notice: HOA Homeowner OS is a software platform, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice or formal legal representation. Search results reflect provisions in your uploaded documents. You remain responsible for consulting a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction for formal legal counsel.

3. Subscriptions & Cancellation

Homeowner, Household, and Realtor Pro plans are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the customer portal, and access remains active until the end of the billing term.

4. User Content & Evidence Packets

You retain all ownership rights in your uploaded CC&Rs, dispute notes, certified mail logs, and compiled hearing evidence packets.

5. Limitation of Liability

HOA Homeowner OS shall not be liable for decisions made by HOA boards, architectural committees, municipal courts, or HOA hearing panels.
